Prayer is the main core of developing excellent human capital as it is not just a religious obligation, but also the basis for success in this world and the hereafter. This was among the matters shared during the Special Talk in conjunction with the Isra' Mi'raj Celebration organised by the Prime Minister's Office and the departments under it.

Present was Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Awang Haji Halbi bin Haji Mohd. Yussof, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Defence. The special talk titled "Sembahyang Teras Modal Insan Cemerlang" touched on the exemplary stories of Prophet Muhammad and his companions proving that maintaining prayer brings peace, moral change, and success in life. The ceremony included the recitation of Doa Khas to bless the health and well-being of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam.

This year's celebration was jointly organised by the Energy Department and Information Department, Prime Minister's Office.
